Masala peanuts are an easy way to put together a few simple ingredients and end up with a delicious power-snack.

- 1 cup peanuts roasted
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (cilantro) finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 green chilly finely chopped
- 1 small onion
